A Snapshot of Your Day 

As Senior Transformation & Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving the execution of strategic transformation initiatives with a strong focus on the “Synthetic Center" program within the Component Business. Acting within a defined global operating model, you translate strategic priorities into measurable improvements at value stream and process level.

You are responsible for delivering tangible impact by leading complex transformation initiatives end-to-end—from analytical deep dives and solution design to implementation and performance tracking. A key part of your role will be to shape and operationalize the Synthetic Center concept by improving transparency, enabling scalable processes, and driving cross-functional alignment.

Working closely with the Head of Operational Excellence, you ensure alignment with the overall portfolio, governance, and performance targets. Your mission is to accelerate transformation and ensure that the Synthetic Center delivers sustainable, scalable business impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Drive the execution of the “Synthetic Center" transformation initiatives across the Component Business

  • Translate strategic targets into concrete improvement measures at value stream level

  • Establish transparency on performance, demand, and capacity within the Synthetic Center framework

  • Apply Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to deliver measurable impact

  • Act as single point of contact for assigned initiatives towards factories and functions

  • Ensure structured tracking of KPIs, progress, and business impact, aligned with central governance
What You Bring
  • Degree in engineering, business, or comparable

  • Strong experience in transformation, operations, or operational excellence

  • Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end

  • Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management in an international environment
