SENIOR TEST MANAGER
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to support a large\-scale transformation program within the financial services industry, focusing on modernization initiatives and NLP\-related capabilities.
This role requires strong expertise in managing end\-to\-end testing activities within complex enterprise environments.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and estimations
- Lead and coordinate test execution across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Manage test reporting, defect tracking, and follow\-up activities
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and test coverage
- Drive test governance, quality assurance processes, and execution efficiency
- Collaborate across cross\-functional teams in large IT landscapes
QUALIFICATIONS \& COMPETENCIES
- 10\+ years of Test Management experience in large\-scale IT programs
- Proven experience with test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
- Strong experience working in complex enterprise IT environments
- Hands\-on experience with Azure\-based platforms and ecosystems
- Solid understanding of financial services, ideally pension domain
- Experience managing testing within transformation or modernization programs
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and distributed teams
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
