Job Description

ServiceNow has established itself as a benchmark for IT governance and process automation. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Technical Consultant ServiceNow, capable of supporting pre\-sales activities and mentoring junior developers.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Technical Consultant ServiceNow (M/F), you work with our clients across the entire project lifecycle and contribute to the development of our centre of expertise.

  • Support and advise our clients

  • Participate in pre\-sales activities

  • Facilitate workshops and draft specifications

  • Design solutions based on the needs expressed by our clients

  • Contribute to the development of the ServiceNow centre of expertise

  • Guide and mentor junior ServiceNow developers

Qualifications
  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac\+5\) from a university or engineering school.

  • You are certified on at least two ServiceNow paths (ITSM, CSM, PPM, HR, etc.).

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

  • Detail\-oriented, autonomous, with good interpersonal skills, you adapt to different client contexts.

  • You have strong writing skills and can adapt to different stakeholders.

  • You have technical analysis capabilities to understand different use cases.

  • You master JavaScript development, interface development, and ServiceNow application integration.

  • A good level of English would be a plus.
