About the role
We are looking for an experienced and relationship\-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast\-paced and complex technical environments, particularly within areas such as Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle \- from sourcing and stakeholder alignment to offer management and contract signing. You will act as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to hiring teams and business leaders, helping drive hiring strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. The role requires someone with strong communication and stakeholder management skills who can confidently partner with different teams and navigate complex hiring environments.
What you'll do
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes across technical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Identify and engage top internal and external talent
- Build creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pipelines
- Ensure fair, high\-quality, and equitable assessment processes
- Provide market insights and maintain a strong understanding of the candidate landscape
- Recommend and help implement improvements to recruitment processes and practices
- Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share knowledge and best practices
Who you are
- Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential
- Experience recruiting within complex technical environments such as Engineering, Data Science, ML, or AI
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- A collaborative and consultative approach to recruitment
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, international environment
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn \- deep technical expertise is not required
