Job Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead testing and delivery activities across Smart TV and broadcast projects. This role combines program ownership, customer coordination, and technical leadership, with an expectation of staying close to the technology and contributing hands\-on where needed.

During the first 6 months, you will work hands\-on within QA and engineering activities to build deep product and customer context before taking broader delivery ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical delivery across QA, engineering, certification, and release activities

  • Coordinate project timelines, priorities, risks, and customer communication

  • Drive testing, issue triage, release readiness, and delivery quality

  • Work closely with software engineers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve technical issues

  • Contribute hands\-on to testing, debugging, automation, or tooling where needed

  • Improve delivery processes, reporting, and operational workflows

  • Support and mentor team members as the organisation grows

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in software engineering, QA, or technical delivery roles

  • Strong understanding of software systems, debugging, testing, and release workflows

  • Experience coordinating technical projects or cross\-functional engineering work

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Comfortable operating in fast\-moving and loosely defined environments

Bonus Experience
  • Experience with Smart TV, broadcast, embedded, or streaming platforms

  • Experience with test automation, scripting, or developer tooling

  • Customer\-facing delivery or consultancy experience

  • Team leadership or line management experience

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £55,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year
