Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (gn)

Your mission
----------------

• Manage end to end recruitment cycle: from job analysis to kick off to final acceptance.


• Scoping includes drafting role profiles, sourcing, screening, managing the candidate experience, running debriefs, negotiating offers, and closing.


• Building and managing high\-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networks and direct outreach.


• Advising hiring managers on market mapping, candidate quality, role calibration, process design and closing strategy.


• Developing deep expertise and seeking continuous learning in\-focus area, with the ability to understand and speak in detail about functions, culture, and role responsibilities and showcase them to potential candidates


• Creating repeatable hiring systems, including interview plans, scorecards, candidate communications and reporting.


• Strengthening employer branding and driving talent pipelines and outreach initiatives, including early talent programs, university partnerships, and regional career fairs


• Supporting the continuous optimization and team navigation of Applicant Tracking System (Personio) and HRIS systems to streamline and scale the recruiting function.

• Extensive experience sourcing and recruiting, ideally within the life sciences industry, managing full\-cycle search processes from strategy through close


• Ability to create and execute talent strategy for critical roles


• Clear understanding of the candidate experience and on how know to run a thoughtful, structured and efficient processes


• Demonstrated success building pipelines that produce measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, time\-to\-fill, candidate quality)


• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and sourcing platforms; systems and process oriented.


• Tech\-forward and adaptable mindset; possesses an "AI\-ready" aptitude to learn, adopt, and integrate modern AI\-enabled talent tools.


• Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills
