For one of our clients active in the railway sector, we are looking for a System Engineer to join an R\&D team specialized in railway signalling and traffic control systems.
Mission
As a System Engineer, you will contribute to the analysis, definition and development of system architecture and functions for railway signalling solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze, clarify and formalize needs and requirements.
Define system architecture, functions and interfaces.
Write and maintain system specifications.
Ensure requirements traceability.
Participate in design studies, technical analyses and design reviews.
Collaborate with Safety, RAM, Software, Cybersecurity, Product and V\&V teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement and solution standardization.
Profile / Requirements

Profile
Engineering degree, BAC\+4/BAC\+5, in electronics, telecom, automation, electricity, robotics or a similar technical field.
Interest or experience in system engineering / system design.
Good technical writing skills in English.
Basic programming skills.
Knowledge of V\-cycle / Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
Experience with UML, SysML, MBSE or SADT.
Experience in specification writing and requirements traceability.
Experience in a safety\-critical environment: railway, automotive, aerospace, defence, etc.
Knowledge of railway signalling systems.
Languages
French: mandatory
English: mandatory
