Senior Support Worker (Housing) - 37hrs pw - Rhondda Cynon Taff

If you have at least 12 months’ direct experience delivering housing\-related support services, we would love to hear from you.

This role operates across our 24/7 shared houses for young people, as well as dispersed supported accommodation for young people and vulnerable families within Rhondda Cynon Taff

Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Senior Support Worker will assist with the supervision, mentoring, coaching and performance assessment of the Support Team. .

The aim of the role is to ensure that individuals accessing our services receive a fully person\-centred and high\-quality support service and you will act as a positive role model, proactively ensuring that consistent, high\-quality support is available to all individuals by monitoring and influencing staff performance.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS (Adult \& Child Workforce) disclosure check, which will be funded by the organisation where applicable.
