In this Senior Strategy Project Manager role, you will drive strategic initiatives within Global Service Operations (GSO). Your work focuses on leading high\-impact strategic projects, conducting business and market analysis to guide decision\-making, and driving operational planning and process improvements. You will operate with a high degree of independence, solving complex challenges, shaping long\-term strategy, and coaching junior team members.How You’ll Make an Impact* Independently manage full lifecycle strategic projects for Global Service Operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop project plans, including resources, budgets, and timelines, and report progress to senior leadership.


• Lead cross\-functional teams and manage stakeholders to ensure commitment and successful delivery.


• Analyze industry, market, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and risks.


• Provide data\-driven insights to support long\-term strategic planning for GSO.


• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring* Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Significant experience in business strategy, corporate development, project management, or in\-house consulting.


• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently in a global corporate environment.


• Strong background in service\-related industries such as energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.


• Advanced analytical skills, including forecasting and data\-driven decision\-making.


• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

Our Gas Services division offers Low\-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
