(Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Drive strategic projects that shape the future of Diehl Aviation.


• Translate market and competitor insights into concrete strategic recommendations.


• Support portfolio and product strategies and identify new business opportunities.


• Contribute to M\&A assessments and international cooperation projects.


• Prepare high\-impact presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.

Who we are looking for:

• A higher university degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar – MBA is a plus.


• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in aviation.


• Strong analytical mindset and project management skills.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.


• Business fluent in English and German, French is a plus, and willing to travel.


• Work location: Laupheim
