Dans un contexte d'évolution majeure de l'organisation Customer Care sur les deux prochaines années, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le pilotage des initiatives stratégiques clés, en étroite collaboration avec les Directeurs et la Direction.</div>

<li class="s-break-words s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night s-text-base s-leading-relaxed"><strong class="s-font-semibold s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night">Assurer le rôle de PMO sur un projet de transformation majeur</strong> pour l'équipe Product Support : piloter l'alignement transversal, animer les groupes de travail, suivre les jalons et livrables, et veiller à une exécution rigoureuse.</li>

<li class="s-break-words s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night s-text-base s-leading-relaxed">Êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'une école d'ingénieurs et/ou de commerce ;</li>
<li class="s-break-words s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night s-text-base s-leading-relaxed">Disposez de solides compétences analytiques et d'une approche structurée de la résolution de problèmes ; maîtrisez Excel/GSheets et SQL (outils BI de type Looker appréciés) ;</li>
<li class="s-break-words s-text-foreground dark:s-text-foreground-night s-text-base s-leading-relaxed">Êtes à l'aise pour piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle et conduire l'exécution dans des environnements complexes et exigeants ;</li>
