You will work closely with senior leadership, align cross\-functional teams, and turn strategic objectives into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and support long\-term business objectives across departments.
Performance Management:
Monitor KPIs, operational performance metrics, and reporting systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend scalable solutions.
Cross Functional Leadership:
Partner with internal teams to align business priorities, improve communication between departments, and support successful project execution.
Team Leadership:
Mentor managers and operational staff, conduct performance reviews, and create processes that encourage accountability and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present operational recommendations, performance insights, and business updates to senior management and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6\+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, or performance management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or team management role.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage teams, improve operational processes, and coordinate cross\-functional business initiatives in a fast\-paced environment.
Analytical Skills:
Strong understanding of reporting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and operational planning to support data\-informed decision making.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead meetings, and present strategic recommendations.
Mindset:
You are commercially aware, highly organized, and solutions focused. You know how to balance long\-term strategy with day\-to\-day operational priorities while maintaining high standards of execution.
Pay: £6,300\.00\-£8,000\.00 per month
