Senior Strategy and Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of operational design and execution strategy. You are the connector between leadership vision and day to day execution, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy: Own and improve end to end business operations ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement structured improvements across teams and systems.
Cross Functional Leadership: Work closely with product, finance, and client teams to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
Performance Management: Define KPIs, track outcomes, and deliver insights that support leadership decisions.
Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate clearly with senior leadership and external partners to ensure operational clarity and accountability.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 plus years in operations, strategy, consulting, or business management with at least 1 to 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Track Record: Proven experience in improving operational efficiency, managing teams, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action plans.
Communication Skills: Confident in presenting strategies to senior stakeholders and aligning multiple departments.
Mindset: Structured, proactive, and execution focused with the ability to balance long term strategy with immediate operational needs.
Pay: £5,500\.00\-£8,000\.00 per month
