We are looking for a Senior Strategic Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of cross\-functional business operations and long\-term process improvement initiatives. You will not simply oversee daily activities; you will shape operational strategy, improve organizational performance, and drive initiatives that create measurable business impact. You will work closely with senior leadership teams, supporting company\-wide priorities while mentoring managers and coordinating high\-impact operational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy:
Lead strategic business initiatives that improve operational performance, reduce inefficiencies, and support long\-term organizational objectives.

Cross Functional Coordination:
Partner with internal departments to streamline workflows, improve communication channels, and align operational priorities across teams.

Performance Management:
Develop reporting structures, monitor operational KPIs, and provide leadership with insights that support informed decision\-making.

Team Leadership:
Mentor managers and operational staff, support performance development, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and operational risks while introducing scalable systems that improve efficiency and business continuity.

Stakeholder Management:
Present recommendations, project outcomes, and operational plans to internal stakeholders and senior decision makers with clarity and confidence.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6\+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, or program management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or team management capacity.

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of operational planning, resource coordination, process optimization, and performance tracking in a fast\-paced environment.

Technical Skills:
Experience with business reporting systems, operational dashboards, project management platforms, and workflow optimization tools.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and present strategic recommendations professionally.

Mindset:
You are analytical, proactive, and solutions driven. You understand how to balance long\-term strategic priorities with immediate operational execution while maintaining high standards of accountability.

Pay: £5,800\.00\-£7,500\.00 per month
