Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Design complex analog/mixed signal building blocks
- Develop memory architectures and circuits to product requirements
- Lead functional and robustness post\-layout verification/ simulation (parasitics, I/R drop, current analysis, ...)
- Build automated performance characterization flows for pre\-silicon validation
- Support development of functional/ behavioral models for system\-level co\-simulation
- Provide integration support into the design flow and cooperate with toplevel integration
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in electrical engineering, applied physics or computer science
- At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation
- Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
