Working in sync with the Workplace Experience EMEA Team, you transform obstacles into actionable results, ensuring that On’s brand pulse remains at the heart of every initiative.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Senior Lead for Workplace Experience in EMEA, you will operate as a <strong>trusted sparring partner</strong>, translating strategic direction into tangible experiences within our Zurich office. You will bring your perspective, challenge thinking, and co-create solutions, while leading end-to-end cultural initiatives that influence and inspire Workplace Experience across the region.</p>
