As a Senior Specialist, you don't just identify underlying issues; you possess the analytical skills to proactively deliver end\-to\-end solutions. Working in sync with the Workplace Experience EMEA Team, you transform obstacles into actionable results, ensuring that On’s brand pulse remains at the heart of every initiative. Reporting to the Senior Lead for Workplace Experience in EMEA, you will operate as a trusted sparring partner, translating strategic direction into tangible experiences within our Zurich office. You will bring your perspective, challenge thinking, and co\-create solutions, while leading end\-to\-end cultural initiatives that influence and inspire Workplace Experience across the region.
Your Mission

- Champion innovation by challenging the status quo of workplace experience services and rituals, proactively introducing creative methods that ensure On Labs remains the global benchmark for the employee journey.
- Exercise full autonomy in driving complex, high\-impact projects and high\-profile cultural activations. You leverage a tech\-savvy mindset to ensure every initiative is delivered with a premium, world\-class finish.
- Act as a strategic consultant for internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance in all kinds of workplace initiative requests. You communicate with conviction to ensure flawless execution, managing information flow to turn complex requests into seamless experiences.
- Take ownership of the Workplace Experience delivery for Zurich, acting as the critical bridge between the strategy and the operational reality.
- Navigate operational polarity with professional maturity, leveraging your experience in large\-scale organizations to discern which initiatives drive value and which create noise. You possess the ability to identify when requests are not aligned with our premium standards.
- Apply a structured, analytical approach to drive cross\-functional alignment, ensuring a seamless integration between operational infrastructure and the employee experience.
- Shape the day\-to\-day community messaging for On Labs, writing with the clarity and conviction needed to engage a diverse workforce and position our headquarters as the ultimate expression of our culture.

- You bring 5\+ years of experience navigating the workplace operations or hospitality landscape within global, large\-scale organizations. Your track record is defined by your ability to lead high\-impact, complex projects that thrive in high\-pressure environments.
- You embody the Positive spirit, you thrive on challenges and you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. You approach every stretch goal with a growth mindset and the conviction to see it through.
- Your project management skills allow you to juggle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear accountability. Proficiency in tools like Jira or Asana is a significant plus.
- You leverage high emotional intelligence to navigate social dynamics with ease, building strong relationships across the organization to influence culture and achieve buy\-in.

Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day\-to\-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates \- the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
