Play a key role in our next chapter of growth

As a Senior Specialist in our Paid Social team, you will combine your deep platform expertise with being a trusted strategic partner for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Strategy development \& execution: Be the mind behind campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You ensure high quality setups, challenge existing approaches, and make sure campaigns are built to create strong and lasting results.


• Strategic sparring: Be the go\-to person for our clients. You explain how to achieve real business impact and advise clients on how we can reach their audiences in the smartest way possible.


• Turning data into decisions: You will stay close to the daily execution across campaigns, from budget allocation and pacing to creative testing and optimization across platforms.


• Creative/Technical Bridge: Connecting data and technical insights with creative execution to maximize the impact of every budget spent.


• Helping your team grow: Drive knowledge sharing, develop new templates and processes, and continuously optimize workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist who can combine technical expertise with a consultative mindset.

Furthermore, you can probably recognise the following about yourself:

• Solid experience: You have spent around 3–4 years deeply immersed in the Paid Social landscape, and you’ve most likely already worked in an agency environment.


• Platform proficiency: Your Paid Social toolbox is fully stocked \- you know Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest inside out.


• Clear communicator: You thrive in front of clients, combining a clear and engaging communication style with the ability to deliver well structured and insightful information through compelling narratives.


• Innovative mindset: You are excited about improving processes through new technologies and AI. You bring a “how can we do this better?” mindset and challenge existing ways of working.


• Norwegian and English language skills: You are fluent in both Norwegian and English, allowing you to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues across markets.

At the same time, we are always ready to help each other out, whether it is sparring on campaign setup and performance challenges, exploring a new platform feature, or fixing the “why can’t I log into anything today” situation. You will be joining our international 7 person team, where 5 of us are based in Oslo.
