Accountabilities:
- Partner with Sales Executives to drive end-to-end technical sales cycles, from discovery to evaluation and deal closure.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, pain points, and success criteria.
- Design and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and technical narratives for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions that highlight product value and differentiation.
- Lead proof-of-value (POV) and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, including integrations within customer environments.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with clear, accurate, and compelling technical responses.
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams, sharing customer insights and feedback.
- Support customer workshops, conferences, and technical thought leadership initiatives when required.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long evaluation processes.
- Strong track record of influencing and contributing to the closure of high-value (6-figure) deals.
- Deep technical aptitude with the ability to explain APIs, integrations, and complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and demo delivery skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience translating customer needs into scalable solutions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate customer insights effectively to internal teams.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and macOS.
- Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus but not required.
