Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Solutions \& Services Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive growth across large enterprise customers and lead complex, end\-to\-end sales engagements. In this client\-facing role, you will own key relationships, shape strategic deals, and position Lenovo’s full portfolio across services, hardware, software, security, and partner solutions.

You will focus on new business acquisition, manage RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) opportunities, and collaborate cross\-functionally to deliver solutions aligned to customer needs.

You will report to the Director, Solutions \& Services Executive – Global Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow SSG relationships with large commercial clients, managing the full deal lifecycle from identification to close

  • Lead end\-to\-end services sales cycle in collaboration with sales, finance, service delivery, customers, and partners

  • Drive new business acquisition through consultative selling, identifying opportunities and converting them into revenue

  • Evaluate and respond to customer opportunities (RFPs/RFQs), shaping winning solutions aligned with client needs

  • Build and execute strategic sales plans and forecasting frameworks using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and reporting platforms

  • Partner closely with Client Managers and Service \& Solution Domain Specialists (SSDS) to align on account strategy and execution

  • Develop and maintain strong C\-level relationships, positioning as a trusted advisor to customers

  • Position and sell end\-to\-end Lenovo offerings including services, hardware, software, security, ISVs, and third\-party partner solutions

Required Skills \& Experience:
  • Strong understanding of end\-to\-end portfolio solutions, including Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS), with the ability to align offerings to business strategy

  • Ability to translate customer business and IT challenges into tailored Lenovo solutions across services, hardware, and software

  • Confident positioning complex offerings, including Device as a Service (DaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

  • 8\+ years of experience in solutions and services sales, including multi\-year managed services engagements in IT environments

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Professional fluency in English and German

  • Experience working with large enterprise clients, expanding agreements (MSAs, SOWs), and acting as a trusted advisor
