  • Experience with event\-driven, message\-based, micro\-service architectures

Who You Are

These matter just as much as your technical skills:

  • A strong communicator \- you explain ideas clearly and you listen well. In a small team, how you communicate is as important as what you deliver

  • Collaborative by nature \- you enjoy working closely with others, sharing knowledge, and helping teammates grow.

  • Adaptable and flexible \- you thrive in an environment where priorities can shift, and you're happy to pick up something outside your usual scope

  • Comfortable with ambiguity \- You find that energising, not stressful

  • Self\-starting and resourceful \- you don't wait for detailed specifications. You ask smart questions, figure things out, and move forward

Comfortable with using AI tools in your development workflow
