We're a team that is embracing AI across the entire software development lifecycle, and so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working this way and wants to push it further.
This role will focus on enhancing and modernising the trading capabilities of the group through developing the core trading backbone, and its respective middle and back office processes. - 5\+ years experience working in C\#/.NET
- Strong SQL experience
- Experience developing cloud native solutions in AWS and/or Azure

- Experience across the SDLC across software design, delivery and support
- Hands on experience using AI tools in your development workflow
These matter just as much as your technical skills:
- A strong communicator \- you explain ideas clearly and you listen well. In a small team, how you communicate is as important as what you deliver
- Collaborative by nature \- you enjoy working closely with others, sharing knowledge, and helping teammates grow.
- Adaptable and flexible \- you thrive in an environment where priorities can shift, and you're happy to pick up something outside your usual scope
- Comfortable with ambiguity \- You find that energising, not stressful
- Self\-starting and resourceful \- you don't wait for detailed specifications. You ask smart questions, figure things out, and move forward
- Nice to have:
- Experience working in a small team or startup environment
- What we offer in return:
- A competitive salary with annual reviews;
- 25 days’ paid annual leave plus an additional day per year of service;
- Excellent staff development and training opportunities;
