Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d)
Your mission
A Senior Software Engineer with previous industry experience. The role is for a full stack engineer in a devops culture with a strong product focus. Languages used, although knowledge is not required to hire, are Python, Typescript, SQL with frameworks Quart, React, and Postgres.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand user’s problems
- Write code to solve said problems
- Communicate with users and team members
- Review other team member’s code
- Continually improve code and understanding of code
- Work independently at times and with others (pairing) at other times
- Visit company sites to understand processes
- Develop the skills of junior software engineers
Manage and develop junior and software engineers in the team.#### Your profile
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Ability to code in any language and familiarity with version control system
- Previous experience working in industry
- Product management interest
- Good technical communication skills
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals
- Devops experience
- Ideally, management experience
- Ideally, knowledge of the technologies in our stack
