What You’ll Do
- Lead Backend Development: Design and implement high\-performance backend features using .NET (C\+\+/C\#) with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and long\-term maintainability.
- Drive Code Quality: Champion software engineering best practices, actively reduce technical debt, and ensure the codebase remains clean, robust, and future\-proof.
- Architect Database Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize relational database solutions to support efficient and resilient data management.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross\-functional teams — including Device Software, Webshops, QA, and DevOps — to deliver high\-quality software on time.
- Ensure Seamless Integration: Take ownership of end\-to\-end delivery, from design and development through integration and operation of interfacing components.
- Multiple years of professional experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core (C\# and C\+\+)
- Solid expertise in MSSQL and relational database design
- Hands\-on experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira
- Strong command of software engineering best practices: SOLID principles, design patterns, and modular architecture
- Structured analytical thinking for solving complex system challenges
- Clear technical communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,535\.00 gross per month on a full\-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market based on your qualifications.
