What we are looking for:
Join Gamma's Product Engineering team and help build the next generation of business communication solutions. You'll play a key role in developing scalable, high\-quality applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS, while influencing technical direction and mentoring fellow engineers.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and maintain full\-stack features across our platform and applications.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape scalable, future\-proof solutions.
- Develop APIs and third\-party integrations using best practices.
- Drive engineering excellence through TDD, code reviews, pair programming, and automated testing.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and solution design.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and reliable software delivery.
- Mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement across the team.
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Proven experience building scalable front\-end and back\-end applications.
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices.
- Strong testing experience with tools such as Jest and Playwright.
- Cloud experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
