Senior Software Engineer - Backend (all genders)
Your responsibilities
Work side\-by\-side with our CTO and our engineering team to develop systems that power our platform in hospitals and allow us to continuously ship great features.
- Lead backend work, helping us to scale reliably across cloud and hybrid deployments
- Take ownership of key components in our product roadmap and collaborate with our product and design functions to deliver features end\-to\-end
- Drive the design, enhancement, and optimization of our software architecture to ensure scalability, efficiency, and maintainability
- Champion thorough testing
- 5\+ years experience building production TypeScript backend services with proven architecture skills
- Deep understanding of service\-to\-service communication patterns (with GraphQL)
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, ideally with data\-heavy or API\-first products
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior colleagues
- (Bonus) Familiarity with medical software or healthcare data standards (e.g. FHIR)
