<p>You’ll act as the operational engine behind social activity across priority markets, ensuring teams are aligned, content plans are on track, reporting is harmonised and activity remains on-brand and effective. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong social media knowledge with excellent programme management, stakeholder coordination and operational rigour.</p>
<p>You won’t be the primary creative lead or strategist, but you will play a critical role in making sure global strategy is implemented successfully at local level.</p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a global digital and social operations management role. Your core purpose is to translate global social strategy into consistent, measurable, local execution across markets; creating synergy between global and local activity, improving planning cadence, governance and performance visibility. You will not be the primary strategist or content creative lead; rather you will be the operational engine that ensures brand alignment, content pillar fidelity, planning discipline and delivery across priority markets. You will be expected to be socially literate and digitally fluent, able to judge what good execution looks like and to interpret performance, while being a confident programme manager who drives cross</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">market coordination. This role will primarily focus on global digital and social operations and cross</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">market coordination; occasionally, you may provide light hands</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">on social media support (e.g, scheduling, simple community management overflow, or brief content edits) as needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Operate as a programme manager across markets (particularly priority EU markets such as France, Turkey, Benelux, Poland and Spain), bringing planning, reporting and governance together.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as the operational lead for the Social Hub across priority markets, ensuring harmonised reporting, creative alignment and content planning.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as the day</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">to</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">day coordinator between global channels, regional teams and local markets to remove blockers, escalate issues and keep programmes on track.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear documentation of ways of working, approvals and content pipelines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Operationally lead the Social Hub initiative across priority markets: coordinate planning, harmonise reporting, align creative, and enable cross</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">market learnings.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support markets to deliver social activity with distinctiveness and in line with agreed KPIs, providing practical guidance and templates.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
