Senior SharePoint Developer

We are currently hiring a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer with 7\+ years of expertise to join a leading enterprise client project based in Dublin city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large\-scale SharePoint development, modernization, and migration initiatives within a collaborative and high\-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions and applications using SharePoint 2016 2019 On\-Premises


• Build and customize SharePoint applications using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and JS Link files


• Enhance and modify existing applications using Vue.js, jQuery UI, CSOM, Office Fabric UI, and related technologies


• Develop C\# class libraries to expose and extend the SharePoint Client Object Model


• Create and customize SharePoint list forms, columns, and content types using custom scripting


• Perform unit testing, prepare UAT test cases, and support testing activities


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements


• Develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and provider\-hosted applications


• Work on SharePoint migrations, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements


• Develop SharePoint event handlers using .NET, SQL Server, and third\-party APIs


• Ensure all delivered solutions align with Microsoft best practices and development standards


• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable assets, and knowledge\-sharing initiatives

Required Skills Experience

• 7\+ years of hands\-on SharePoint development experience


• Strong expertise across multiple SharePoint versions, particularly SharePoint 2016 2019


• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise SharePoint solutions


• Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js, jQuery UI, CSOM, jQuery, and Office Fabric UI


• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and scripting technologies


• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, SQL Server, and SharePoint architecture


• Experience managing large SharePoint migration projects


• Exposure to technologies such as PowerShell, SOAP, XML, MOSS, and PowerApps


• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management


• Excellent problem\-solving, presentation, and documentation skills


• Microsoft SharePoint certification is highly desirable


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience working in consulting or client\-facing environments


• Exposure to digital transformation and enterprise modernization projects


• Ability to contribute to business development and consulting best practices
