Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end SEO strategy for sports betting products, ensuring alignment with overall product and business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page SEO strategies including content optimization, keyword mapping, and internal linking structures.
- Design and execute off-page SEO strategies in collaboration with outreach teams, including link-building and authority development initiatives.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure best practices are implemented across all sports product platforms.
- Research competitive landscapes in sports betting and iGaming to identify growth opportunities and strategic SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and content teams to shape content strategies and improve topical authority and relevance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics to drive continuous optimization and data-informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of Expertise, Authority, and Trust (E-A-T) signals across digital properties.
- Identify new SEO opportunities to improve rankings, visibility, and organic traffic growth in highly competitive markets.
- Support the evolution of scalable SEO frameworks and processes across multiple sports product lines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or SEO Specialist with a strong track record of ranking websites in highly competitive niches.
- Deep expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and building Expertise, Authority, and Trust (E-A-T).
- Experience working within sports, iGaming, gambling, casino, or similarly competitive digital industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience developing and executing link-building strategies and digital outreach campaigns.
- Solid understanding of content strategy development and keyword research methodologies.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, content, and outreach specialists.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
- Comfortable working in CET-aligned working hours within a remote international environment.
- Strong alignment with values such as trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous growth mindset.
- Passion for sports and sports betting is considered a strong advantage.
