Senior Scheme Manager (80-100%)

Your impact at TWINT:

• Maintain TWINT Scheme Rules and Regulations (Rulebooks) and ensure the Members compliance to the Scheme principals


• Proactively engage with the Members to anticipate forthcoming new rules and changes to existing rules


• Introduce and manage Scheme Member Non\-Compliance Framework


• Introduce and manage Arbitration Board


• Work side\-by\-side with the regulatory team and other parties (e.g. Issuer\-Acquirer\-Board, TGA Working Group, Arbitration Board, etc.) to understand existing regulations and forthcoming changes which are relevant for the TWINT Scheme


• Maintain an accurate Risk Management of the Acquirers (HRMCE) to control the exposure of the Scheme


• Monitor global scheme trends and industry developments, deriving actionable insights to expand TWINT’s strategic latitude.


• Lead Rulebook Stream in Projects

• Experience in Scheme Management in a 4 Party Model and in the payment field in general; good understanding of issuing and acquiring models


• Having a degree at a University, FH or HF is an advantage


• 3\-5 years of experience as Scheme Manager or in a similar role


• Ability to understand the Product, regulatory context and work with IT and Product experts as well as understanding of Risk Management


• Ability to work well under pressure and to actively drive change by communicating a clear direction for all stakeholders and business units


• Sound knowledge of project management principles to ensure Scheme related projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of the Confident and flexible – keen to work in a constantly changing environment


• Excellent knowledge of German and English and great MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Preferable good skills in using Confluence
