We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join a growing Delivery team, leading Salesforce projects from discovery through to implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who combines strong Salesforce expertise with exceptional stakeholder management and solution design skills.
The Role As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead projects of varying size and complexity, working closely with Technical Leads, Developers, UX specialists and Project Managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that create meaningful impact for customers.
You will act as the primary consultant on engagements, guiding clients through discovery, solution design, configuration, deployment and user adoption while ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and technical best practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Solution Design • Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather and define business requirements
- Produce solution documentation including process flows, ERDs, solution blueprints and estimates
- Present scalable solution options aligned to client budgets and strategic objectives
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead solution playback sessions with stakeholders
- Drive best-practice Salesforce design principles
- Configure Salesforce using native platform functionality
- Install and configure internal accelerators and third-party applications
- Manage data migration and data mapping activities
- Support deployments from Sandbox to Production environments
- Collaborate closely with development teams on custom functionality
- Manage scope, timelines and delivery expectations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and Jira updates
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities
- Mentor and support junior consultants and wider delivery teams
- Create training materials and system documentation
- Support implementation handovers to support teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and retrospectives
- Proven experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Excellent requirements gathering and business analysis skills
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration expertise
- Experience managing complex Salesforce implementations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
- Experience with third-party Salesforce applications and integrations
- Knowledge of data migration and deployment processes
