An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator is required for a high-performing estate agency branch in Tadworth. This role suits a confident property sales professional with a solid track record in instructions, negotiations, and customer service.

You will be expected to contribute immediately to branch revenue, support junior staff, and help grow local market share.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Negotiating residential property sales from offer through to completion


• Generating and converting new business opportunities


• Registering applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties


• Arranging and conducting property viewings


• Progressing agreed sales and liaising with solicitors, buyers, and vendors


• Supporting branch performance and contributing to business growth objectives

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum two years' experience within residential estate agency sales


• Strong track record in property sales and business generation


• Confident negotiator with strong closing skills


• Professional and effective communication skills


• High standards of customer service delivery


• Proactive approach with strong organisational skills


• Local knowledge of Tadworth and surrounding areas would be beneficial


• Full UK Driving Licence essential
