You will take responsibility for building relationships with vendors and buyers, carrying out market appraisals, securing new instructions, negotiating sales through to completion and contributing to branch performance.

- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer or Lister
- A proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A professional, well-presented and confident manner
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively under pressure
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
