Key Responsibilities of an Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

  • Registering and qualifying buyers

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings

  • Negotiating property sales between buyers and vendors

Requirements for an Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Positive, driven, and target-focused approach

  • Professional and confident manner

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Full UK driving licence required
