Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister

Covering one of South West London's most desirable property markets, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of properties, from modern apartments and family homes through to some of the area's most prestigious residences. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys winning instructions, building client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions


• Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting and relationship building


• Registering and qualifying buyers


• Arranging and conducting property viewings


• Negotiating offers and securing sales


• Progressing transactions through to completion


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and purchasers


• Working towards individual and branch targets


• Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the sales process

About You To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience within residential estate agency


• Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or similar role


• A proven track record of generating business and winning instructions


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong organisational and time management abilities


• A professional and customer-focused approach


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
