Senior Sales Negotiator/ Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Crystal palace

Salary: £25,000 basic

Car allowance: £350 pm

OTE: £50,000+

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful and well-established independent, multi-branch estate agency in the Crystal Palace area. This is an ideal role for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales, listing properties and delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will manage buyers and vendors throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. Working as part of a supportive and successful team and business, the Senior Sales Negotiator will play a key role in listing properties, securing offers, progressing sales and helping to drive the continued success of the branch.

The Role

• Register and qualify buyers


• Arrange and conduct property viewings


• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors


• Progress agreed sales through to completion


• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and solicitors


• Generate new business opportunities and follow up enquiries


• Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date


• Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• A proactive, motivated and target-driven approach


• Professional, organised and customer focused


• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients


• Full UK driving licence with own car


• Experience in conducting market appraisals preferred, but not essential
