Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager

Location: Wythall, Birmingham

Basic Salary: £27,000 OTE: £31,000+(percentage of branch turnover)

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5:30pm

Weekends: Every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu that week

We’re working with a well-known, well-established Estate Agent in Wythall who are looking to bring on board a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager to support their successful team. This is an opportunity to join a business with a great reputation in the area and a friendly, supportive team culture.

The Role:

As Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office while continuing to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll play an important role in helping oversee the sales team, supporting performance, and ensuring the branch maintains the high standards it is known for.

Day-to-day duties will include:

Supporting the Branch Manager with the running of the office and sales team Assisting in motivating and guiding the team to achieve results Handling negotiations and progressing sales through to completion Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors Generating new business opportunities and supporting branch growth Carrying out valuations where required – valuing experience would be beneficial but is not essential Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency A confident and professional communicator with strong negotiation skills Someone who can support and motivate a team Strong knowledge of the sales process from instruction through to completion Organised, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure Valuation experience would be advantageous but is not essential

What’s on offer:

Basic salary of £27,000

On Target Earnings of £31,000+

Monday to Friday working hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm

Every other Saturday with a day in lieu
