Senior Sales Manager

A E S are a specialist commercial glazing company that carry out works for retailers and FM companies on a nationwide basis

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who is capable of leading and growing our sales team.

The successful applicant will oversee and manage existing key accounts as well as targeting new business and generated leads.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing relationships with existing customers, new customers and sub contractors.


• Identifying and developing sales, marketing and promotional opportunities to existing customers and new customers.


• Monitoring customer pricing, comparing selling prices, sub contractor prices and ensuring overall profitability.


• Negotiating with sub contractors locally and nationally.


• Leading and motivating your team, encouraging their development and productivity, and to include training, appraisals, holidays, return to work, workload etc.


• Ensuring customer satisfaction, listening to customer feedback with a focus on customer retention.


• Communicating company values, business strategy and purpose.

Person Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales management and business development.


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Excellent organisation and leadership skills.


• Experience with managing a team.


• Being able to work on own and part of a team.


• Strong knowledge of MS Office. Excel, Word, Outlook, client portals.


• Experience working in a similar industry (desirable).

Starting annual salary is £47,500 PA based on experience with additional commission package based on team perfomance.. OTE after first year £52,500\+

Hours of work are 8\.15am \- 5\.00pm Monday to Friday.

Holidays \-\- 20 Days Holidays \+ Bank holidays
