IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Sales Expert \& Business Development: You drive sales and generate leads for our full suite of global services including; connecting brands with gaming audiences through strategic consulting, creative activations, social media, broadcast, events, and partnership deals \- leading the full B2B commercial cycle.

  • Client Relations \& Account Management: You build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long\-term partnerships and growth opportunities. You identify upselling potential and renew accounts to maximize recurring business.

  • Deal Negotiation \& Contracting: You lead negotiations, develop activation and service packages, and manage contracting processes to secure favorable terms for both clients and BLRK.

  • Collaboration \& Strategic Input: You work closely with servicing departments and international colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activations, sharing insights and market knowledge to strengthen outcomes.

  • Trend Awareness \& Market Insight: You leverage macro and micro market trends, brand marketing expertise, and product knowledge to strategically target relevant clients and opportunities.

  • CRM \& Reporting: You maintain accurate data in our CRM and provide timely reporting to optimize sales performance and strategy.
TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
  • Experience: 5\+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial management within digital media, gaming, esports, or entertainment.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating revenue and achieving measurable results in national or global markets.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming industry and related entertainment trends (creator marketing, events, cinematic releases, social media activations).

  • Skills \& Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages like German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic are a plus.

  • Passion \& Mindset: Your heart beats for gaming, esports, and digital entertainment. You’re proactive, hands\-on, and always aware of the latest trends in brand communication.

  • Team Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing independence in sales with a strong commitment to supporting your team.

  • Travel \& Education: International travel is required, and you should be flexible and prepared for it. A degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Location: You live nearby or in Cologne or you are fine, coming to the office 3 times a week.
