Senior Sales Manager – B2B Events & Executive NetworkingAbout the Role We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to join a high-performing team delivering premium, invitation-only business events for senior executives across multiple industries.
This is an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will engage with C-suite decision-makers, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities • Identify, engage, and secure senior-level executives and corporate partners for industry-leading business events.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct high-level consultative sales conversations with directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Exceed revenue targets through sponsorship, delegate acquisition, and strategic partnership sales.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and event delivery teams to maximise commercial success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.
- Experience selling sponsorship, events, conferences, media solutions, professional services, or other high-value B2B offerings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly driven by commercial success.
- Excellent pipeline management and business development capabilities.
