With APXpress, Inova is building the backbone for future zonal vehicle architectures. To accelerate adoption in Japan and Korea, we are looking for an experienced sales leader who can open doors, build strategic customer relationships and turn technology into design wins.

To strategically grow our business in APAC \- with a particular focus on Japan and Korea \- we are looking for an experienced sales personality who understands technology, develops customer relationships strategically and consistently drives design wins.

You will actively shape how Inova expands its footprint in Japan and Korea. Ideas do not disappear in management layers. Sales, Product Management and Executive Management work closely together, enabling fast decisions and rapid execution. You act globally, work closely with sales and distribution partners, members of the ISELED Alliance, OEMs and internal technology teams, and actively shape the market success of our products.

We operate with high standards of quality, innovation and collaboration. A professional demeanor, openness and respectful interaction are essential to us. You communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and know how to build strong relationships with customers and partners.

From the beginning, you will take ownership of strategic customer relationships and business development activities in your region.

As Senior Sales Manager Automotive APAC \- Japan \& Korea (m/f/d) your day\-to\-day work with us will look like this

  • Expand existing customers: You further develop existing customer relationships and identify additional business potential.

  • Secure design wins: You win selected new target customers for our entire product portfolio \- Display\-Link/APIX, Lighting Networks/ISELED \& ILaS and SerDes\-Sensor\-Link/APXpress.

  • Shape the APAC focus: You take responsibility for the targeted expansion of our sales activities in Japan and Korea and contribute your regional market and customer experience.

  • Connect the ecosystem: You collaborate in parallel with sales and distribution partners, members of the ISELED Alliance and OEMs.

  • Position technology convincingly: You present and promote the applications and benefits of the INOVA product portfolio to customers and automotive manufacturers.

  • Increase market share: You expand the customer base and make a significant contribution to increasing our market share.

  • Think globally: You take responsibility in a global market environment and connect regional customer requirements with our worldwide sales strategy.

  • Contribute to marketing: You support marketing activities such as trade fairs, conferences and marketing communication.

  • Forecast \& budget: You support sales forecasting, sales budget planning and budget estimates.

  • Negotiate agreements: You conduct contract negotiations and successfully conclude business agreements.

  • Involve product management: You feed market feedback into product management and strategy in a structured way.

  • To feel comfortable in this role and grow successfully with us, you bring the following

  • Your foundation: A degree in economics, a technical discipline or a comparable qualification.

  • Sales and Industry experience: At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales and business development in the semiconductor or automotive systems sector, including at least 5 years with responsibility for customers and markets in the APAC region, particularly Japan and Korea. Experience working closely with Product Management is a strong plus.

  • Proven success: A proven track record in sales and in successfully developing demanding customer relationships.

  • Analytics \& business acumen: Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Mindset: A positive, open attitude, a team\-oriented approach and the ability to perform in a highly dynamic and agile environment.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for customer, partner, and trade show visits in the APAC region, particularly in Japan and Korea.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.

  • Resilience: The ability to act confidently and goal\-oriented even under pressure.

  • Tools: Experience with MS Office, ERP and CRM systems.

  • Languages: Fluency in German and English.
