Senior Sales Executive, Soho Home

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Role..</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Soho House have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the External Sales team at Soho Home.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic sales driven individual interested to work on growing meaningful commercial partnerships looking to contribute to the long-term brand strategy and make a difference in the product life cycle.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Sales Coordinator is a well organised and dynamic individual, able to work efficiently across departments and eager to contribute to the achievement of agreed sales goals.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role reports to the Senior Global Sales Manager and works closely with the wholesale coordinator as part of the external sales team and will assist in the process of building and maintaining both full price and outlets.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance and Merchandising) and act as front facing contact for buyers and partners.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities..</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own and manage a portfolio of full price wholesale and key outlet accounts, driving sales performance across full-price and off-price channels</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Independently identify, plan and execute commercial selling opportunities through weekly stock analysis and account engagement</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Plan and conduct Wholesale Market meetings for Autumn winter and Spring Summer collections</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build strong, front-facing relationships with key account partners, acting as the main day-to-day commercial contact</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Negotiate and raise orders, communicate delivery timelines and proactively manage the PO journey from warehouse to customer with the support of the Sales Assistant</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work on internal systems and order portals on a daily basis</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with Logistics, Operations, Merchandising and Finance to ensure smooth order execution and delivery against customer expectations</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Regularly review stock positions across excess, clearance and full-price inventory to identify and unlock sales opportunities</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive regular cadence of trading activity with existing partners while actively developing new opportunities for excess stock sales</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly and effectively to all external partner queries and requests</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly trading performance, proactively identifying risks and escalating commercial concerns where necessary</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Produce weekly trade updates providing visibility on orders taken, dispatched and overall trading performance</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the delivery of sample sales, off-price initiatives and seasonal sales activities</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to sales strategy and quarterly business reviews and commercial reporting</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you will need to be successful in this role</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3+ Years' experience in a similar role</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Wholesale Merchandising or Planning background advantageous</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability of driving sales growth</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent Excel and numerical skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Can do Attitude and ability to problem solve</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing luxury wholesale accounts globally</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Results orientated with an ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Effective communicator at all levels (verbal &amp; written)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organised individual with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads</span></li>
