Senior Sales Executive – Enterprise New Logo

We are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our enterprise sales team in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo. In this role, you will focus on winning new enterprise customers helping them modernize and simplify their network environments through solutions within SD\-WAN, Managed LAN, Security Services, and Cloud Connectivity.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • 10–15\+ years of experience within enterprise B2B sales

  • Proven track record of opening and winning new enterprise customers, targeting senior stakeholders and drive sales processes from initiation to closure

  • Experience selling network transformation solutions such as SD\-WAN, Managed LAN, Security Services, and Cloud Connectivity

  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to build relationships across both business and technical stakeholder groups
About the role and the team

You will be part of a senior enterprise sales team focused on new customer acquisition within the enterprise segment. The role reports to the local Sales Director and is based in both Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo with a hybrid work setup. GlobalConnect is operating across northern Europe meaning you will join a large community of sales professionals who all share a common drive delivering the best solutions for our clients. As a company, we thrive towards sharing knowledge, learnings, and best practices across the group for the benefit of improved internal collaboration and client projects.

In this role, you will work closely with solution specialists, pre\-sales engineers, delivery teams, bid managers, and partner stakeholders to shape and win strategic enterprise opportunities. You will play an important role in positioning GlobalConnect as a long\-term strategic partner for enterprise customers across the Nordic market.

What you’ll be working on

  • Identifying, engaging, and winning new strategic enterprise customers

  • Building and executing account plans for targeted enterprise accounts

  • Driving pipeline growth connected to SmartConnect solutions including SD\-WAN, Managed LAN, Security Services, and Cloud Connectivity

  • Building strong relationships across enterprise buying groups including business and technical stakeholders such as CIO, CTO, CFO, Head of Infrastructure, Network Architects, Security leaders, IT Operations, Procurement, and legal

  • Leading and coordinating internal teams throughout complex sales processes

  • Managing large enterprise opportunities from initial engagement through deal closure
Who we are looking for

We believe you are someone who enjoys proactive business development and thrives in complex enterprise sales environments. You are structured in your approach, comfortable navigating long sales cycles, and motivated by creating new business opportunities.

You are likely to combine commercial drive with a consultative mindset and know how to build credibility with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience from enterprise technology vendors, networking providers, system integrators, or managed service providers is highly relevant for this role.
