We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive or Controller to work closely with our General Manager, with a clear development pathway into a Sales Manager role. This is a rare opportunity to join an award‑winning dealership representing Mazda, proudly for over 30 years, and the newly launched Geely UK brand, offering a fantastic culture, loyal customer base, and a highly established team. As a Senior Sales Executive / Controller, you will play a key role in driving performance, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the showroom, and leading by example across a structured team of Sales Executives and Administration colleagues. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by example on the showroom floor, including actively selling vehicles when required
- Supporting the General Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Coaching, motivating, and developing the sales team
- Managing the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Ensuring full compliance with brand standards and dealership processes
- Supporting the launch, development, and ongoing growth of the Geely franchise
- Proven success as a high\-performing Senior Sales Executive or Sales Controller within the Automotive sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence
- Professional, customer\-focused approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for the automotive industry and career progression
- Represent two exciting brands, one established (Mazda, with over 30 years of heritage at our site) and one new to the UK
