Already serving organisations across multiple sectors, Food Village Express is expanding rapidly and we are now seeking an ambitious Senior B2B Sales Executive to help drive our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a field\-based business development role focused on generating new business opportunities across Ireland.

You will spend the majority of your time meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, delivering presentations, identifying opportunities and securing new business contracts.

This is not an account management role. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, creating opportunities and winning new business.

You will have the freedom to manage your own territory while being supported by an experienced management team and a growing Irish business with ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across corporate, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

  • Prospect and develop relationships with Facilities Managers, HR Managers, Operations Managers, Procurement Teams, Business Owners and Senior Decision Makers.

  • Conduct face\-to\-face meetings, presentations, demonstrations and site surveys.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation and contract award.

  • Identify client challenges and position Food Village Express as a modern alternative to traditional workplace catering and vending solutions.

  • Deliver professional proposals and commercial presentations.

  • Represent Food Village Express at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions.

  • Accurately maintain sales activity and pipeline information within the company CRM system.

  • Work closely with senior management to support company growth and market expansion.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years successful B2B sales experience.

  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.

  • Strong field sales, business development and relationship\-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Self\-motivated with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Ability to manage your own territory and sales pipeline.

  • Professional appearance and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Full clean driving licence.
