Senior Sales Executive

Joining our senior team, you will demonstrate experience of not just prospecting, but also closing, high income deals with the likes of senior managers, C-suite and industry experts.

The Role:
As Senior Sales Executive, you'll lead business development— identifying, pitching and closing opportunities with key decision-makers. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage your own pipeline of new business opportunities
- Engage and consult with senior stakeholders across a variety of industries
- Deliver effective proposals and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in environmental, waste or facilities sectors
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to win trust
- 2 years+ experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability
- Based in Norfolk (some UK travel)
- Evidence of managing complex sales with more than 1 decision maker
