Nestled in the heart of Amsterdam, our vibrant yarn boutique is a haven for crafters and creators! We are on the lookout for a talented, enthusiastic full\-time or part\-time Senior Sales Associate to join our fabulous team and help guide our shop floor.What’s in it for You?

- Provide exceptional, top\-tier customer service and offer advanced knitting or crochet expertise to our community.
- Act as a role model on the shop floor, supporting the management team and helping guide junior staff.
- Take ownership of maintaining our welcoming, cozy atmosphere and ensuring the shop floor runs seamlessly.
- Collaborate with the team to hit sales goals and create an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Proven Track Record: Solid, extensive experience in retail, sales, or high\-volume customer service roles.
- Crafting Expertise: Advanced knitting skills (and ideally strong crochet skills too)—you should feel confident troubleshooting complex patterns and guiding others.
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluency in English is required (Dutch is a big plus!). You are naturally great with people and possess strong problem\-solving skills.
- Comfortable with a physically active role: You will be on your feet all day, constantly moving, leading stock replenishment, and keeping the shop beautifully organized.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including at least one weekend day.
- Ideally available 4 or 5 days a week (minimum of 3 days required).
