<p>The Senior Sales Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic by leading through example on the sales floor and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role acts as an experienced peer leader—helping drive sales performance, providing informal guidance to team members, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The SSA is responsible for supporting smooth shift execution and operational excellence but does not hold final authority for hiring, scheduling, or policy decisions. </p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Sales &amp; Client Experience</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Lead by example in achieving daily sales and conversion goals.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments.</li>
<li>Support clinic-wide retention and loyalty programs through relationship building and consistent follow-up.</li>
<li>Reinforce Skin Laundry’s service standards and brand values during every client interaction.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Execution</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Support opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, invoice closeout, and clinic readiness.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory levels by assisting with restocking, receiving shipments, and product counts.</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are consistently met.</li>
<li>Execute operational checklists and compliance tasks as directed by the ACM or CM.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Support &amp; Peer Leadership</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide on-the-floor coaching and real-time feedback to Sales Associates.</li>
<li>Support onboarding and training of new team members under ACM/CM guidance.</li>
<li>Act as a point of contact for questions or issues during assigned shifts and escalate to leadership as appropriate.</li>
<li>Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and growth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compliance &amp; Safety</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Follow and reinforce all operational policies and loss prevention procedures.</li>
<li>Report any safety, compliance, or operational concerns promptly.</li>

<li>Participate in regional meetings, trainings, or team events as assigned.</li>
<li>Assist with in-clinic activations, promotional events, or marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide occasional coverage for peer shifts to ensure continuous operations.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, &amp; ABILITIES</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Technical &amp; Operational</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and cash handling.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software.</li>
<li>Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and client education.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to coach peers and foster teamwork.</li>

<p><strong>Experience &amp; Education</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience required.</li>
<li>Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.</li>
