WE’RE HIRING!

De Senior Sales Advisor is verantwoordelijk voor het assisteren van de store manager in het dagelijks effectief leiden van de winkel om te komen tot een, binnen de gestelde budgetten, winstgevende winkel en heeft een voorbeeldfunctie in afwezigheid van de store manager.

• Je assisteert bij het behalen van de verkoopplannen.


• Je bezorgt de klanten een excellente winkelervaring. Je geeft een speciale en inspirerende service buiten verwachting van de klant en hanteert een loyale en persoonlijke benadering.


• Je past de verplichte verkoopstandaards toe en gebruikt up\-to\-date technische productkennis om de verkoop te verhogen.


• Je volgt de richtlijnen met betrekking tot winkelopening\- en sluiting, dress code, hygiëne, gezondheid en veiligheid, geldzaken, …


• Je zorgt voor een aangename en propere winkelvloer met mooi gepresenteerde en correct geprijsde producten.


• Je assisteert bij het beheren van de voorraad.


• Je bent leergierig en bereid om de nodige trainingen te volgen.
