- Keep it sharp & compliant – maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, risk assessments, and funding confirmations.

- Shape the future – contribute ideas, feed back to Sales & Marketing, and help refine campaigns to boost ROI.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills (CRM experience ideal).
- Positive, adaptable, self-motivated, and great under pressure.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car (desirable).
