About the role
We are looking for a Senior RF/Microwave Engineer to join our R\&D team and contribute to the development of high\-frequency RF hardware and subsystems.
The role focuses on the design of active RF modules, filters, and supporting electronics used in complex RF systems, with involvement across the full development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design of multilayer RF PCBs (Tx/Rx/frequency converters) for frequency bands up to 18 GHz
- Design RF/microwave modules, including:
- power supply circuits
- control circuits for complex RF systems
- Design and develop RF filters:
- lumped element filters
- microstrip filters
- waveguide filters
- Perform tuning, debugging, and optimization of RF devices
- Work with RF measurement equipment:
- signal generators
- spectrum analyzers
- vector network analyzers (VNA)
- Participate in full lifecycle: design → prototyping → testing → production
- Experience in RF PCB design (Altium Designer or similar)
- Practical experience in RF/microwave circuit design
- Experience designing, manufacturing, and tuning RF filters
- Experience working with RF measurement equipment and understanding its internal architecture
- Experience with PLL (frequency synthesizers)
- Experience with RF simulation tools:
- HFSS / ADS / CST
- Experience delivering RF hardware into production
- Experience in high\-frequency bands up to 18 GHz
- English level B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate or higher)
- MSc in Radio Engineering / Electronics / Telecommunications
- Experience with Analog Devices / Texas Instruments components
- Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
- Experience preparing engineering documentation
- Experience in high\-frequency bands up to 50 GHz
- Work on complex RF engineering systems
